1. Who we are
This site belongs to Taxioma, an accounting and tax advisory firm with offices in Coronado, San José, Costa Rica. You can reach us at despacho@taxioma.co.cr or at +506 2229-9901.
2. The content is informational
Everything published here is general and informational. It does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice for any specific situation, and reading it does not create a professional relationship between you and Taxioma.
Costa Rican tax rules change often. Before making any decision with tax consequences, contact us directly or consult a professional about your particular circumstances.
3. How services are engaged
Neither this site nor the contact form constitutes a binding offer. Sending an inquiry or booking a call creates no obligation for either party.
Services are always engaged through a written proposal accepted by the client, which sets out the scope, timelines, and fees.
4. Acceptable use
By using the site, you agree to:
- Not use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with its operation or security.
- Not use automated systems that degrade the service for other visitors.
- Provide accurate information when you contact us through the form.
5. Intellectual property
The text, logo, design, and other elements of the site are owned by Taxioma or used with permission. You may read them and share links, but reproducing or commercially exploiting them requires our prior written consent.
6. Third-party links
The site links to external services such as Cal.com for booking calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the site available and its information correct and current, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Taxioma is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its general content. This limitation does not affect obligations assumed under a signed services agreement with a client.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms when necessary. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Costa Rican courts.
